ENJOY CURACAO IN COCOLORA APARTMENTS

Cocolora Apartments is a so-called 'gated community' in the Brakkeput Abou district. It is a safe resort consisting of sixty new, modern apartments, almost all of which offer a phenomenal view of the Spanish water. The apartments are surrounded by a tropical garden and of course there is a large communal swimming pool where you can 'chill' to your heart's content. For the digital tigers: there is WIFI at the pool!
It is possible to park inside, so that's nice. The apartments all have a covered veranda. Through French doors you step into the living room which turns into a well-equipped kitchen, the counter has a granite counter top, a dishwasher, fridge, oven and microwave. There are two bedrooms, of course air-conditioned and each with its own bathroom. The apartment also has a washing machine.

For contracts with tenants whose people are not registered in the population register of Curacao 7% tax is charged for a rental period shorter than 3 months.
Those who stay for less than a year and who are registered pay 6% ob.
(Rental of office space to companies is taxed at 6%.)
