COZY STUDENT COMPLEX
For years now, many students from the Netherlands have been coming to Curaçao to do a minor here, to work for a while, to do an internship for a while or to just 'chill' for a few months after working hard, as they say, people often still have a small scholarship and just enjoy living together with peers, just like they are used to in the Netherlands. Enjoy a cup of coffee together on the porch in the morning, and at night beer, cooking together, stepping out together and sharing a car to get to school, work or internship to bring.
They can go to this student complex that resembles a residential farm. Located in central Saliña, this complex has for many years been particularly popular with students, trainees and young people from the Netherlands in general. The complex has three apartments under one roof, which in turn consist of 3, 4 and 2 rooms respectively. Nine rooms in total, therefore, good for a certain, secure monthly revenue.
The rooms in the complex are equipped with the essentials; a bed, a cupboard, a table and chairs, a mirror, a fan and an air conditioner. The kitchen of each apartment is complete, so you can cook on it separately. Of course every apartment has its own bathroom.
In addition, each apartment has its own porch, but the central porch is most popular with residents. Everyone comes together there. At the back of the garden there is a cozy palapa and plenty of space to do something fun with, for example, construct a swimming pool, or to create extra living space. There is also enough space on the site to park a large number of cars, so that no car has to stay on the street.
The complex is hidden behind a wall and electric gate and is therefore hardly noticeable from the street. There have never been any problems with regard to the safety of the residents, which is why the complex is particularly popular with its target group.
The complex is built on 1180 m2 lease ground.
